The client portal and requests
Clients sign in with an emailed code and see their requests, quotes, invoices and files.

The portal is for the client’s contacts. There are no passwords: they sign in with a code sent to their email.
What the client sees
- Their requests and their status.
- Their quotes.
- Invoices and payments.
- Shared files.
- Hours worked, if they are on an hourly rate.
Requests
The client sends a request from the portal. It becomes a task when someone on the team approves it. If declined, the client sees the reason you wrote.
The portal and emails to clients are written formally, with no internal wording and nothing meant only for the team.
