Meetings
The link to Google Calendar is two-way. A meeting is tied to a client. The summary is made from the meeting transcript, in Bulgarian or English, and attached to the client.
For Google Meet the transcript comes from Google when your Google Workspace plan includes it. For Zoom and Teams, and for firms without such a plan, a meeting bot is used: 10 hours a month are included in the Business plan.

Files
GambIX does not copy Drive. A folder is attached to a client and a project. GambIX shows its contents as its own list with thumbnails (Drive API), and a clicked file opens in the side panel with Google’s built-in preview: PDFs, images, Docs and Sheets can be read without leaving.
- “Open in Drive” is for editing.
- A file uploaded from GambIX goes straight into the Drive folder.
- Files for tasks and invoices are attached directly.
- AI learns from each client’s files, notes and tasks. The knowledge is per client and never leaves the firm.
