Stages
Each client has a stage: Enquiry, Quote, Contract, Delivery, Maintenance. It is shown as a small bar next to the name.
Projects
A project lives inside a client and groups the tasks, hours and contract lines that belong to it. An accepted quote creates a project and a contract with one button.
Custom fields
A firm can add its own fields to clients, projects and tasks when something specific to it has no ready place.
