How it is built
A quote is assembled from blocks: scope, modules, schedule, prices, terms, past projects. It looks like a well-made document, with no manual assembly.
How it reaches the client
- The client gets a secret link and needs no password.
- You see when it was opened.
- Every change is a new version. A PDF is available too.
Acceptance
“Accept” asks for a name and a code emailed to the client. An accepted quote shows up in Approvals, where one button creates the project and the contract.
