Search and notifications
One ⌘K for everything, and notifications only when you have to act.

Search with ⌘K
One search for clients, tasks, invoices, notes and files. It runs on the server as full-text search, so it stays fast with a lot of data. From the same place you create a task, a client or a note.
Notifications
In the app and as push on your phone. They come only for things you must act on: an approval request, an assigned task, a deadline. Everything “for information” goes into Today.
Push notifications come with the phone app (Stage 6).
