The inbox

All expense invoices arrive in one place:

From email. Each firm gets its own GambIX address and forwards its invoices to it, from any mailbox.
On paper. Photograph them with your phone and share straight to GambIX.
From portals (cloud services, advertising) that do not send email: once a month you get a list “download the invoice from X”.

AI reads supplier, amount and date and matches the document to the payment in the bank. What remains is a short list of payments without a document.

We start with OBB; other banks come later. The bank emails the statement to the firm’s GambIX address and GambIX reads the movements. The statement is password protected, so the password is stored encrypted, as a secret key.

GambIX does not ask for access to your online banking and does not make payments. It only reads statements.
