The labor market is saturated, and trust is the most valuable currency. HREU needed a digital platform to serve two completely different audiences simultaneously: candidates seeking security and development, and employers seeking qualified personnel. The site had to convey stability while offering easy navigation for document and CV submission.
Design concept: Corporate symmetry and clean typography
We developed a two-way user flow. From the initial screen, visitors intuitively split into 'Job Seekers' and 'Employers'. We integrated modules for filtering sectors (IT, Manufacturing, Marketing) and a simplified contact form that minimizes application steps.
