Boca Grande operates in two radically different environments – the seaside atmosphere of Sozopol and the urban coziness of Boyana (Sofia). The challenge was to unite these two worlds in one website without confusing the user. We had to create an intuitive 'Gateway' (entry point) that clearly separates traffic from the beginning, directing guests to the right menus, events and reservation forms for the specific location.
Landing Page: Elegant choice between two destinations
We developed a location selection home screen that serves as a visual portal. After the selection, the design and content adapt dynamically – the Sozopol menu emphasizes seafood, while that for Boyana highlights the signature cuisine suitable for the capital. We kept the overall 'dark' aesthetic, but with subtle differences reflecting the character of each place.
Tylosaurus & Open Sans
Expressive serif font for headings, combined with minimalist sans-serif for readability.
Location Gateway
Interactive home screen for choosing between 'Boca Grande Sozopol' and 'Boca Grande Boyana'.
Adaptive Menu
Digital menu that loads different content and prices depending on the selected location.
Dual Locations
Integration with Google Maps for navigation to both the Marina in Sozopol and ul. Boyana, as well as automatic SMS for reservation booking.
