The term 'Serverless' is misleading – there are servers, but we don't manage them. This promises infinite scalability and paying only for what we use.

The Cold Start Problem

One of the biggest drawbacks is the initialization time of the function if it hasn't been called recently. For applications requiring low latency in real-time, this can be a problem.

"Serverless is great for startups and event-driven systems, but at scale it can become more expensive than traditional VPS."
