NovaBuild has been building high-end residential buildings in Sofia for over 10 years. The problem was not a lack of projects, but how a buyer reached them: finding out whether a three-room apartment on a middle floor was still available meant picking up the phone. The goal was to answer that question in seconds, on the site itself.

We placed the finder directly beneath the building render — four filters (kind, type, project, floor) and a counter showing how many properties are currently available. The project catalogue is structured so each building has its own page with construction status, and the English version is complete rather than partial, because a share of the buyers are foreign investors.

A geometric sans-serif with wide capitals — formal enough for a construction firm and legible enough for tables of property specifications.
