Design is often perceived as a subjective art. But in product design, beauty is secondary to functionality and conversions.

Tools of Truth

We use tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics 4 to see where people click, where they scroll and where they leave the page. Often the results are surprising – the most beautiful element may be the most confusing.

  • Heatmaps: Visualize 'hot spots' of attention.
  • Session Recordings: We watch real users struggle with navigation (and fix it).
  • A/B Testing: We release two versions of a headline and let the data decide the winner.

This approach removes ego from the equation. We don't make changes because 'I like it this way', but because 'the data shows a 15% increase in registrations'.
